ABOUT
MISSION AND HISTORY
CADAP originally began in 1990 as one of the first and only outpatient treatment facilities in Southern Dallas to tackle the steadily increasing drug epidemic plaguing Oak Cliff and Southern Dallas, as well as offering transitional housing to assist in recovery. Since then, CADAP strives to continue it's legacy in offering critical assistance and facilitating community enrichment through our expanded services that include Food distribution STEM education, cooperative meeting space and digital media center, aimed at providing increased opportunities for youth, self sufficiency for adults and sustenance for local businesses.
